STAFFING SERVICES

Finncare is following the wage structure as per the Collective Agreement.  Wages may slightly vary depending on region, role and medical licences.  For instance, the average wage for a registered nurse is €22.94-25/hour and the average wage for a Practical Nurse with license to dispense medicine is €18.20/hour while the Practical Nurse without license to dispense medicine receives €17/hour.

Holiday pay is always added to the wages on the top of the hourly wages. Finncare takes care of all statutory allowances and benefits as required.

Example:  The Registered Nurse’s salary including the 9% holiday pay is €25.  In the pay slip, it will be broken down separately into €22.94 and holiday pay, but the total will be shown as €25.
