CONTRACT SIGNING

We facilitate contract signing to ensure that you and the employers are well-protected. 

TRAINING

We provide a free & intensive  Finnish language training and bring you to the level of B1.1.

RESIDENCE Visa PROCESSING

We will also assist in the processing of your Residence Visa Permit.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AND PRE-DEPARTURE BRIEFING

Your flight bookings to Finland will be arranged by us and we will ensure that you are briefed properly before departure.

ONBOARDING

Once you reach Finland, to help you get settled, we will assist you so you can feel at home as soon as you arrive.  This includes pick-up from the airport and transfer to your fully furnished accommodation, a pre-paid Finnish sim card, groceries, as well as orientation.

IMMIGRATION SERVICES

We will assist you in securing mandatory registrations, like applying for a bank account, Finnish social security/identity number, tax card, and healthcare. You will also have telephone support during your first month in case you need guidance on living and working in Finland.

COMMUNITY INTEGRATION

An important part of our services is helping you to adapt to the country and society.  You will be receiving Finnish Culture integration – a briefing on Finnish society and culture, as well as your rights and obligations.  We will also introduce you to the Filipino nurses’ organization in Finland so you will feel connected to the community.

Your arrival in Finland signals only the beginning of your career.  We will help you map out your career path and goals and assist you in bridging your competence gap through Valvira. 

GUIDANCE ON THRIVING AND SECURING PERMANENT RESIDENCY / CITIZENSHIP

We will guide you on how you can achieve your long-term goals while engaging well with Finnish society and becoming fluent in the language. So that when you’re ready, we can guide you in applying for Permanent Residency/Citizenship. We will also advise you on how to save and plan and eventually bring your spouse and children to the country.
